Is this the same thing as "Friendster"? I think many people got hooked at the beginning to set it up, but once you set up your profile and made contacts with already registered friends, that's it... It gets just too much to maintain it.

But "so far," the point is that there are really cool people in the Orkut network compared to Friendster.
But I guess it will change as it expands the network though. It may end up the same as Friendster by the time it gets to the same size.
It is kind of ironical that as the size grows, the quality of the network goes down.
